Cons: Giles not around for much of the season...
This is the best season. It went downhill after this year...Joss clearly phoned in season 7. But this year, especially the first half, is the best the show ever produced. You will not be disappointed. The musical tops even HUSH for the best single show of the series...

Pros: intense, character growth, good extras.
Cons: one of the darkest seasons of all. and tara died.
Overall it along with season 2,5,7, is one of my favorites. Buffy comes back, thay sing!, Buffy sleeps with Spike, Willow goes all junkie, Tara and giles bail, Xander leaves Anya at the alter, Anya back in vengance, Willow gets better, Tara comes back, Dawns a klepto, Anya sleeps with Spike eeryone finds out, Buffy and Xander are hurt and everyone find out about Buffy and spike, Spike tries to rape Buffy, he leaves, Warren shoots Buffy and Kills Tara, Willow goes all wonky, saves buffy skins Warren, tries to kill everyone then the world, Xander saves the day. ...
