I love this product! Very few products cause me to change my behavior - and this one definitely helped me be more organized. I now have neatly labeled folders for LOTS of stuff both at home and at the office. The device is portable and can do all th...e things I need very quickly and efficiently. It has some nice features like changing the font, etc. that I don't use a lot. It is definitely user friendly - it remembers the last text entry to make it easy to do re-prints (even after you turn the unit off). The symbols and number keys are easy to use. The little slot to help take the backing tape off is great and removes a major annoyance. Read more Less
