Pros: Easy to Use; Fast printing and faxing

I bought this multi-function machine when it first came out. I've had no problems with it and the only thing that could make it better is if it could print in color instead of just black and white. It's a laser printer, so the quality is great, and the spool up time is fast.

Piece of Crap

Pros: Good for firewood

Cons: Does not break apart from a 4-story drop

I bought the DCP 7020 Multi Function laser Printer/Scanner/Copier approx. 1.5 years ago and it kept breaking down, paper jams that once I cleared the Unit would not work. Brother sent me 2 replacements. Friday late April 6th, while I was trying to complete a Custom Home Project the DCP 7020 broke down again. I missed my Deadline as of Monday, april 9, 2007, 12 Noon. If my Proposal for a 5,500sf High End Custom Home had been awarded, it would have added $2.85 Million to my on going projects.

I can not tell a client that my Computer, Printer, or Equipment broke down that is unprofessioinal. So I may have lost a significant influx of Capital for my 30 Craftsmen, Framers, and Subs. I will now have to lay off 15% of my work force due to this piece of crap. I left an "Urgent to Respond' email oer the Weekend and got no response and then today after my deadline had passed I talked via Tel tith a Brother 'Customer no Service Rep', her response is, your warranty expired on this piece of crap. Stay away from all Brother Office Products. I asked them to send me an upgrade and I will pay the difference and Brother's response was 'NO CAN DO'.
