    Poor Color Printer HL 4040CN

    Pros: prints fast and networks well

    Cons: poor print quality.

    This printer started out with mediocre print quality and went downhill during first 6 months. Everything started to print with a redish hue on it. After hours and hours with Brother tech support they turned the printer over to the local service center. No luck there either. Brother sent a replacement unit. Same problem. Save yourself a lot of grief and pick something other than the Brother HL 4040CN
