    Rip-Off Quick Buck Album

    Pros: A Few Good Songs

    Cons: Too Many Bad Ones In Here

    This sort of album shouldn't be allowed. They've taken a few well-known hits by Gordon MacRae and mixed them up with some of his bad ones in order to make a quick buck. Some of the songs in this album must have come from the time that MacRae...'s drinking problem hurt the quality of his voice. Just one example is "The Impossible Dream". You know it's bad when you prefer the version by Jim Nabors. If you want to hear Gordon MacRae at his best, get the DVD for "Oklahoma" or "Carousel". I can well understand why this album is out of print. I can't understand why it's so expensive. Read more Less
