Pros: great espresso, Great coffee, Simple
Cons: waiting for warm up, Steamer is spits at first
Love the ease and great tasting esp/coffee I just use bigger grind for coffee. I have had it for 3 years now and I need to replace an O ring. not sure if that is long lasting as this is my first pump style machine but for what it's worth... I always make a mess when I use it but that may be operator error LOL. Little or internal parts are available at third party shops on line but not so much at Briel store. Not sure on value it was a gift. Steamer spits at me for a few seconds when first get it going but after that works great. I love it
