lot of haters rating.....but just don't underdig, wat 40 do fo beats iz wat shoes do fo feets.....it's all G-A-M-E!! But at any rate this is another classic and fo you perks out there listening too slow, you betta grab that book of slanguage so you can keep up. I bought Breaking News the day it came out just as I bought every other e-40, b-legit, and d-shot cd. Tight beats(even though I miss my boy Studio Ton), and lyrics I can relate to! 40, stay true ta tha game and haters......yall insane!!

This is a heater. E-40 returns with the slanguage that the rap world needs.The main stream of hip-hop has been bootleggin 40 since the beginning and I,m sure that the northern cali slang that 40 uses will be floating out of the mouths of many soon.If you don't have it go get it with the hurryupness ya dig.

E40 hasn't changed much since "Down and Dirty" or "Federal" except that he's getting older and his game is getting wiser.Check the bangin' track Quarterbackin'with The Clipse and the summer's hottest jam One Night Stand, if you haven't heard it yet where you been? This is classic E40 so why you hatin'????

In my own personal opinion , E-40 is not a good rapper at all. His lyrics are weak and wack as hell. There are much better rappers out there E-40 just isn't one of those rappers.

The best thing about E-40 is T-boz. Sorry to say it, but he has been on to long to not be big-time. Get it together, come back with a tighter image, and some better lyrics!

What can I say, the man is a legend. This album has his best production from start to finish. His lyrics are even more devastating then before. This is the best rap album I've heard in 2003 so far. The L.I.P's don't stop.
