It's Ok.
Pros: This is a differen't type of workout than I'm used to.. but different was fun, kind of.
Cons: The quality is poor all around, both visually and soundwise. The Camera moves around when the instructor tells it to (late) and you miss out the first time you watch the DVD. You can't see what you're skipping to exactly.
You are working out to drums in this workout. In the beginning you learn about Brazillian dance and how its roots are in African dance.
Eventually, the routine starts with a long warm up.
My heart rate does rise at some point in this DVD.. but my tension span does not. I never finish it. But for some reason, I haven't parted with this DVD.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
