    Pros: Good brand name, looks nice, powers up

    Cons: Doesn't work (print); have to press in on print cartridge to remove error messages

    Get something else and if spending considerable money, return it at the first sign of problems. This unit was purchased from an electrical supply store over the counter based on good experience with Brady products. Had a few issues with the unit , ...and thinking it was due to my learning curve, kept the printer and hoped things would get better. Have to hold the cartridge in to remove the 'INSERT LABELS message; won't print two labels in a row without fiddling with the unit,tech support is non-existent. Come to find out (from other purchasers) this model isn't worth buying print cartridges for, is no longer supported or repaired by Brady and is still being sold on-line. Still having half a dozen print cartridges, this baby will be on a table at the next garage sale with a sign "DOESN'T WORK ** FOR PARTS ONLY" GOOD LUCK Read more Less
