He had previously freelanced for the site, and spent some lean years as the Music Director of WQBR at Eastern Michigan University. Born in the small town of Negaunee, MI, he spent years obsessing over MTV's 120 Minutes, buying everything Dave Kendall or Lewis Largent recommended throughout high school. A move to Ypsilanti brought him into the independent film world, but the years of "useless" music...
