Pros: Good looking, sound, easy to use.
Cons: Static noise when volume 0, Volume control problem.
I had Jbl encounter 2.1 and i was so tired bad bass. Actually it was´nt making bass much.
So deside to buy these Bose Companion 3 II and i like these very much.
Sound quality: Bass is very powerfull and High area is very Clear. Only one bad thing is mid area. It is almost like loudnes on, but it´s not so bad after all.
Build quality is very good exept couple of things. First you can hear small static noise when your volume is off. You have to but mute on that noise is going away. Second thing is that you can´t put volume off. You can still hear sound or music behind when your volume is off. Also this problem is going away when you are putting mute on.
I think this is some kind of manufacture problem. I allready called to store where i both this and ask do they now is this normal. So they are now calling to bose and trying to find out.
But this packet is still very good comparing other Computer Speakers. Design is good, Sound quality is good (HI-FI) not High end. ;) and it is very simple and easy to use.
So comparing to JBL encounter 2.1 (**stars) and Harman Kardon Sound sticks (***stars) what are allmost referens in thease days. Bose is making almost all better (****stars). ...
