Cons: Heat escape from oven

I purchased this stove one week ago. When I used the oven the control panel (behind the nickel knobs) became extremely hot. A person could easily burn themselves on the hot metal. I called Bosch who referred me to a technician to fix it. Ultimately t...he technician adjusted the door which helped but did not resolve the issue. I also found that heat from the oven was escaping from the top back part of the stove (where the cooktop meets the back panel). I let my hand hover over this space and could only hold it there for about two seconds before I had to pull it away due to the amount of heat. The dealer replaced the stove but the second unit had the exact same problem. I admit I bought into the beautiful look of the oven and the brand name. But I have been very disappointed with the results. I will be looking for another stove...it won't be a Bosch. Read more Less
