This device has the most annoying feature that it makes a grinding fan noise any time the oven is on. It only costs $2K+ to destroy your enjoyment of cooking and add to your daily stress! You can make it stop, but only if you decide to cook on the st...ovetop and leave the oven off. And you will. That's what we do. Perhaps the fan is doing some good, but it doesn't seem to work any better than any other oven, and they always used to be quiet. At least there should be some way to shut it off!
