Pros: We are still waiting for our new oven to be replaced.

Cons: When the oven was on, it is so loud you can hear it throughout the house.

After our range was installed, we discovered that the oven made such a loud noise that you could hear it in the basement and upstairs. It also took forever to cool. We immediately called Bosch and asked for a new range. Bosch informed us that if you ...read the fine print in the manual, you will see that Bosch has the right to try to fix the range before replacing it. Once the range was installed, it was no longer returnable. Twice they tried to fix the oven. Finally, they said that they would replace the range. It took over 2 weeks to process the paperwork. It has been over 2 weeks since the paperwork was processed and we are still waiting for it to be delivered to our appliance store. For 2 months we have not had a oven. Bosch's customer service is terrible. It does not seem to be in a hurry. Meanwhile, the holidays have passed and now my son's birthday is this week and I will have to buy his cake.
