    Pros: Dark, Good Story

    Cons: Low Budget, Drags a bit

    "Blood Simple" is a great, dark tale of murder and betrayal. As their first feature, it lacks the polish of their best films, but has the complexity and some of the quirkiness. Check it out if you enjoyed any Coen great, or like slow-paced ...murder mysteries. Read more Less

    btw did anyoe else out there pick out an uncredited Holly Hunter as the voice on the back bartender's answering machine?
