    Not a classic, but a unique collaboration. The group was doomed to self-destruct---too many egos going in different directions. But, if you like Clapton, G.Baker or especially Winwood, it's worth a listen.

    ... with this "deluxe" edition, anniversary edition crap. People who like Blin Faith already have this -- and if you don't, buy it at your local used CD shop. The only thing deluxe about this disc -- or the Frampton Alive re-release, for that matter ...-- is the marketing behind it. Read more Less

    Are you nuts? This cd is great! If you like the jams from the 20th Anniversary box set of Layla, you'll love these jams. ...and if you don't; then listen to E.C.'s Money and Cigarettes or any 90's Winwood.BTW, that's the tape running out for the end... of the last track on disk 2.     Besides having to buy the same recording to get the new songs, no updates were made in sound quality.The new jams sound more like 1st rehearsals and noone was playing together. 3 new songs on the 1st disc were good, especially the new version of Can...'t find my way home. The second CD had an ending that sounds like tape breaking in the player and the quality of recording was poor.This could have been sold as a single disc instead of having to purchase the old music.Very poor quality and the band on disc 2 sounds as if they never played together before.Take my advice, buy it used or copy it from your friend who will be disappointed he or she paid this much for such bad music and recordings.
