    Thick With Heavy,Wild Quincy Jones-Styled FUNK!!!!

    Pros: Chunking Bass,Great Grooves And Terrific Harmonizing

    Cons: Not For Those Who Don't Like To Groove

    My mom once made a very apt comment about this CD-the musical explosion depicted on the cover art is a very real description of this music-'Blam!!' is a funk crazed masterpiece from George and Louis!!Let's see:"Ain't We Funkin...9; Now",the monsterous title song,"Mista' Cool" and "Ride O Rocket" NEVER let up on the high funk quaotient for a second.By the albums end though these brothers have to take a break for the uptempo but more rhythmically jazzy instrumental "Streetwave".Th
    e result?A flawless third album from the bro's,who between 1976 and 1980 made four masterpieces.Sadly this is the only one currently not available anymore on CD and it's one of the funkiest!     Read more Less
