Cons: Not very good design as a phone. Hard to hear and other party can't hear you.
This is a good device in keeping business going when away from the office. However, should you get a phone call forget it! They can't hear you very well. The phone side of this device needs some major improvement! Is built tough.

Battery life is great. Speakerphone is way too quiet when turned up all the way, which is pushing me into a bluetooth headset. The phone is a bit bulky considering it has no camera. The qwerty keys are great for email. Overall it's "OK-ish". For the money, its less than OK. There's my $.02. ...
