    Pros: Great All Around

    Cons: The Last Album From Jay-Z

    Every rap fan should buy this album it is simply brilliant. I've previewed all of the tracks already and they all are amazing. Every track sounds different and unique since a different producer is used for every track. It's just sad that this... is the last solo album from Jigga. Read more Less

    Pros: Lyrics are on point as usual.

    Cons: Not as many tracks as i anticipated

    Jay-Z is an incredible artist. When you listen to Hova, you have to really listen to the things that he says, rather than just the music. He always says some off the wall things that you really have to think about. I had to think about some of the t...hings he says and get what he really means later that day. The Black Album isnt a party type of cd. It's an album that you can chill and listen to. That's one thing that i love about it. Jay-Z is the greatest in my eyes and this album is worth being at the music store at 10:00 in the morning for. Jay is going out with a bang. Much love and respect to him. He has evolved into one of the greatest lyricist of all time. Read more Less

    Pros: everything, especially the lyrics

    Cons: uhhh.....wish there were more tracks

    No one alive can top this man. He is a genius. I do admit, a couple of songs on this album has to grow on me (and they will), but hell, Blueprint is a classic and my favorite and that whole cd had to grow on me! I love this man to death and you ju...st have to love and respect anything that he puts out. The lyrics on this cd are fire, like the acapella part on "what more can i say" and all of "lucifer". The majority of the beats are hot but Just Blaze and Kanye should've done more of them(they showed they a** on the ones they did). JAY is the best at his craft and I hope and pray this is not his last. Definite classic potential. Read more Less

    buy it or not you would only enjoy the hype around it. Personally it was not his best nor his worst'. Certain can't stand next to RD or BP and not near a classic.     Pros: Lyrics are well thought out, good beats

    Cons: There are absolutly no cons.

    This is of course the best album I have listened since OutKast's - Stankonia. Jay-Z brings his songs to life in many songs such as "My First Song" which tells about his whole singing career. I wish that he makes more, please Jay-Z don&#...39;t leave now. Respectedly one of the greatest rappers of all time. Everyone should listen to this album even if you don't like hip-hop/rap because it includes many tones that match everyones lives. Thanks Jay-Z for a good 12 years. Read more Less
