    Cons: Coffee is not good and not hot.

    I asked for and received this product for Christmas. I thought it was a great idea because it meant that I didn't have to brew a whole pot of coffee I could make one cup at a time. Although this is still a great concept, the coffee pods are much... more expensive than buying a can of coffee. Also, the coffee made by this machine was not hot at all and the taste was subpar. Because the coffee was only lukewarm I had to heat it in the microwave after brewing. I used this product for about a week went back to my old coffee maker. Read more Less

    I bought my B& D Home cafe on September 16, 2004 and by October 21, 2004 the thing will not function. Cannot get a refund or exchange. Cannot get a response from B & D
