Pros: Cooks food perfect everytime. Healthy way of cooking.

Cons: Difficult to clean after cooking chicken. Need to use a sctubber style brush.

This thing is awesome. Steams all foods perfect every time. I cooked 5 chicken breasts in this thing today in about 35 min. You can keep the left over broth that drips down in the drip tray to use for soup or other dishes. It will make 1 dozen perfec...t hard boiled eggs in about 30 min. Great for veggies. You can put herbs in the center of it where the steam comes through and it will flavor the food as it cooks. They only draw back is that after cooking meats, like chicken, directly in the cooker it is hard to clean because softer parts of the meat, fats, will drip down in the holes. You have to clean it with a scrub brush. I do not recommend washing the clear plastic bowl in the dishwasher. I have had appliances made out of the same style clear plastic and it cracked over time.
