    not worth the money

    Pros: it worked great at first

    Cons: it failed after 6 months use and bissell won't help out

    I have boughten three of these units in the past two years. Also a friend of mine did the same. We both had the same problem with the gear drive breaking.. I contacted Bissell trying to see if they would stand behind thier product. All I got was sorr...y it's not covered under a 1 year warranty, but here are prices on other units we sell.. We will give you a good deal.. Why would I want to waste my money on another machine if I am going to have the same problem and get the same service. I'm buying a hoover unit instead..
