Pros: Features, cleaning power and ease of use

Cons: a little heavy

This is the best vacuum I have owned so far. The lift off cannister is a great idea and makes above the floor cleaning, and steps a breeze. The brush can be stopped making this a great vacuum for going from carpet to hardwood floors to tile and bac...k to carpet. The cord is long and this vacuum glides over all surfaces easily. All filters, save the HEPA are washable, and no bags either. The HEPA lasts about six months and you get a spare in the box when you purchase this vacuum. The window over the brush allows you to see a tangle without flipping the vacuum over, GREAT IDEA! This is a great vacuum especially if you are going to have only one. I would only caution anyone with lots of stairs, carrying the complete unit up a down a flight of stairs may be difficult for those a little older, the canister is relatively light, but the whole unit together is a little heavy compared to other upright-only vacuums. As this is a recent purchase I cannot rate the reliability or service at this time but I will if I have occasion to. Read more Less
