Pros: It works.

Cons: Seems to be cheap build quality overall.

Easily clogged filters, and too many of them...especially the yellow one in the main catch area above the cup that replaces the bag. Not very sturdy, started to get rickety early on in ownership. Setting dial broke early on in ownership. It sucks up ...most debris pretty well in spite of the problems, however, like most other vacuumes of this type just spits out and spreads around solid debris on hardwood or "bare" floors. I wouldn't buy it for everyday use and expect it to stay in good condition. It's probably OK for say a back-up or for a small apartment with wall to wall carpet and careful moderate use. I did call Bissel's 800 number and rec'd friendly efficient customer service and quick delivery of Belts that broke. Read more Less
