Not worth the money

Pros: It turns on

Cons: Many see review

I bought this vacuum a few months ago, and I have regretted it since. The vacuum does pick up dust, but the filters put the fine dust right back in the room. I have to clean it after each use, and the attachments have to be taken apart and cleaned of hair and lint every other week, because the stop working, this also goes for the main brush. Sixty days old and I am looking for a new one.

It is not effective on pet hair

Pros: Solid. Not cheaply built

Cons: Somewhat expensive and it simply does not pick up dog hair.

I bought this vacuum because I have a 95 pound lab that holds the world record for shedding hairs. I literally have to vacuum several times a week to keep the shedding under control.
I have to say that I am not pleased with this vacuum. It simply does not do what is advertised. It does a decent job picking up dirt but it just pushes the majority of the dog hair into piles on my carpet. I guess that makes it easier to pick up with my hands. lol
I have experimented with all 7 height setting, varied the speed that I was pushing the vacuum and finally vacuumed from every direction (grasping at straws). After trying everything I can think of I have to give this product a poor rating.

I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Pros: Quieter than others I've owned. Appeared to have good features

Cons: After less than a year the vacuum is unusable

Upon first purchasing & using this vacuum cleaner, I liked how quiet and lightweight it was. Not so impressed with the suction, considering it's advertised as a "pet" vacuum cleaner. Had to be cleaned constantly. After about 9 months of use, literally burned up (not kidding, smoke, smell, horrible noise .... the whole bit) while in use. Had a Dirt Devil brand for 2 yrs before it bit the dust (no pun intended). Then a Hoover vac for 10 years before needing replacement - I think I'll go back to Hoover.

Pros: Seemed to pick up pet hair rather well for a while

Cons: Vaccum stopped working in less than 2 months

I purchased this vacuum on the recommendation of another person who owned the vacuum because we just purchased a pet. I was pleased initially with its performance until about 2 months later when we very lightly sprinkled some carpet deodorizer on the carpet and continued to vaccum. The vacuum simply cut off. I thought the plug had come out of the wall, but that wasn't the case. After a short rest of the vacuum, it started up again, and 1-2 minutes later cut off again, never to start up again. I would not recommend this vaccum to anyone who has a pet and would like to also use carpet deodorizer. Apparently the vacuum can't handle it.

Pros: pet cleaner attatchment

Cons: everything else

I bought this vacuum because my old vacuum died, I am not really keen on the whole bagless vacuum idea, it seems to keep the dust around. My husband talked me into this vacuum, we spent about $160 on the vacuum at home depot. It is the worst vacuum I have ever owned, I have only owned it for about 2 months and I have had it quit numerous time I guess it overheated, I have a very large house and 2 labrador retrievers. I have stairs and the brush in the pet attatchment does not work half of the time(it was bought mainly because of the stairs). The suction on the vacuum as a whole is horrible. I am very dissatisfied with this vacuum I do not recommend anyone wasting this much money on a vacuum that is as horrible as this one.
