I’m really pleased with this motherboard. I was originally looking for an upgrade to my old motherboard; I usually don’t like integrated things, but I did It for the following reasons. Marked with an * * 1.1Mhz AMD Duron processor * Integrated audi...o “Is very good” * Integrated 10/100 lan card * ATA/100 mother board AMR PCTel 56K modem * Supports up to 1024 Mb of RAM * Award-Phoenix BIOS- Supports large hard drives- Informs current system and CPU temperatures- F9 key primary boot selection- Upgradeable * Came with CD with manual, instructions, jumper settings. CD with Norton Antivirus 2002, Norton GOST, Personal firewall. Integrated 8Mb video (Shared Memory) 3 PCI Slots 2 USB port + * 2(optional)frontActually my PC is configured as described below WindowsXP Professional 512 MB SDRAM PC133 32 MB PCI Video card (XP-PCI2800) 60GB ATA/100 Hard Disk (Maxtor) using UDMA mode 5 52x24x52 internal CDRW (Verbatim)The setup was sweet as candy with WindowsXP it found and configured everything. Now I can play game like UnrealTurnament with all modes in high with no problems or slowdowns.Internet never felt better on a 56K modem, using browsers like Opera, InternetExplorer6 or Mozilla, with 128 cipher strengths.Problems: Can’t figure out how to disable the integrated video, to gain back those 8Mb it is usingAs shared memory, but I still can use the 32 Mb PCI video card. Conclusion: If you have been planning to upgrade or change you old motherboard, this is a great choice, I know that all depend on user needs, but it still a great alternative.Regards, Felipe Read more Less
