The Best of RB, Vol. 2 follows the same scheme as the first volume. There are six discs two of which are pointless, spaceeating DJ mixes and none of them are filled anywhere near to capacity, with the four nonmix discs containing 11 songs each. It's a good way to obtain a large number of RB and hiphop singles released during the '90s, but there is no attempt at providing a definitive compilation; many of the singles here are secondtier at best. Highlights include SWV's "Right Here," Aaliyah's "Back and Forth," Lil' Kim's "Not Tonight," Dave Hollister's "The Weekend," Bell Biv Devoe's "Poison" and Bobby Brown's "Humpin' Around."
