    What can I say about a man who to me defined the meaning of a great male singer? Luther Vandross had one of the greatest male voices of our time. “The Best of Love” is a collection of a few of his wonderful inspiring songs that he has sang over the... past many years. The album features one of my favorite songs ever written; “Superstar”. Originally recorded by the Carpenters, the song was truly meant for Luther!     This Greatest Hits package by Luther Vandross is in it's purest fourm, all 20 songs are classics and gems.

    It's the Definitive collection of Luther vandross in the 80's, and also the best in his career.

    A Must for fans of the singer.

    By the time this way-overdue double-record hits collection came out, Vandross had done many more RB singles than could fit on it, so The Best of Luther Vandross ... The Best of Love is inadequate to encompass him. It does, however, contain "Here and Now," which broke Vandross through to the pop Top Ten long after most people had given up hope that he'd ever cross over.
