I think that Benny&Joon is a very funny movie and it's cool that I'm only two months older than it is, but yet I find it TOTALLY amusing. I can't wait to see Johnny's next movie, and I think that without him, Benny&Joon wouldn't h...ave been as popular as it was. I own it on VHS and DVD, and I watch it almost EVERY day. I LOVE it. This film has made my flatmates look at me in a different way, after they heard me laughing crazily in my room at half one in the morning. The plot isn't slow in any parts and one that is truley enjoyable. I have never written a movie review, but after seeing this one, I would highly recommend it. Aidan Quinn plays older brother to Mary Stuart Masterson's character named Joon, who is emotionally disturbed. They cannot keep a housekeeper due to Joon's... outbursts while Benny (Aidan) is at work. Johnny Depp's character Sam is a quiet, but somewhat quirky man that comes to live with them after Joon "wins" him in a poker game.
