    Cons: Future compatibility u say? who cares for what it does now

    Excellent product, beats all my "B" and "G" wireless to hell but yet still compatible at better speeds too. Pricey yes but NOT pricey for what you get. All my "other" wireless routers and sharing ports have now been clos...eted! The only minor irritant is awaiting USB options on it all. Future compatibility is a question but we have been clearly warned about "N". Who really cares. Our cell phones are outdated by the time we buy them and they cost more ! You gotta be nuts to buy anything else. This is the class winner in backward compatible (B & G), distance (unreal), ease of setup (for those challenged), constant connectivity and total satisfaction (yea baby). When friends ask I now tell them this is the "Living "N"". I swear, I do not work for belkin ! ...and my woman ask "what's so exciting about the computer?" Read more Less

    Pros: ItÂ’s true to the advertisements. It has great speed and range.

    Cons: Reset switch does not always work.

    This product rocks. All of the advertisements are well founded. I have five acres of land and the signal comes in clear to my properties edge and beyond. With the encryption and MAC address filtering I feel safe broadcasting my personal network (even... though I could disable the SSID broadcast). This is one great and easy to use system. One fault though. Usually if you hold in the reset button (10 to 60 seconds) on most other brands the router will go back to the factory default settings but my previous Pre-N router would not and I had to replace it. JUST INCASE DON'T DISABLE THE "Network Address Translation". Once I did the router just became a hub and would no longer function as router. That is of course what should have happened but the master reset button should have also restored the product back to normal.... It did not. Tech support was very friendly and helpful. 24/7 free tech support is always a sweet deal. I took the product back to Circuit City and replaced it only to find that there was now a 20$ rebate. It was my lucky day. I truly recommend this product. Read more Less

    Pros: Technicians that actually know their product inside out

    Cons: None if ya read the instructions ;0)

    It does indeed rock. You can use extenders planted at friends homes to echo ya signal as many times as you like, further, further. Very impressive download speeds. Has increased my rate both at access point and connected devices. NICE. Not once have ...i ever encoutered technical support at such a high level - EVER. Well done Belkin, more. I'm in AU, no roos on road, but lagging a bit technically. I luv 3G. And Pre N's a fab name boys. Perfect logic. Read more Less

    Pros: Good range, constant good signal, fast speed with Pre-N Laptop Card

    Cons: None

    I have been using the router for about a month and I haven't had to reset once or make any changes since I started the network up. I get good signal and speed from all rooms and even in my garage and yard. I am really happy with the investment.

    Another Fluke

    Pros: Easy to setup

    Cons: Doesn't work long

    Like another review posted, I have to reset this router at least once every 24 to 48 hours. It unexpectedly drops the wireless connection, followed by the internet connection, then the web interface, followed by LAN connection. I have read many other... posts that report these problems. I'm waiting on support from Belkin to troubleshoot or replace the unit. In the future, I'll spend my money on a Linksys router. The Linksys BEFSR41 I bought 6 years ago is still running without a glitch. Read more Less

    The Belkin Wireless Pre-N Router was a great choice for my needs. I wanted a router less than the $150 dollar models, but with speed that would not hamper the needs of a gamer. This router has great support, and if you are like me, living among other...s that want your internet connection, sleep well knowing that it has a great choice of different security measures. I could comfortably go 250ft. away from the base, without sacrificing too much speed. The only downfall I have found is that it needs to be reset on a regular basis because it gets glitchy, especially if you are running the wireless, and not hard-wiring it. However, for the amount of features and functionality you get, it is but a small hassle to deal with. Read more Less

    Cons: None Really but If i wanted to be picky the antennas don't 360 & No vertical stand

    I will never buy or recomend another dlink product again untill i see company overhaul. I always kept the most expensive dlink routers (di624) was last one. garbage none speaking uncertified tech support driver issues and so on. love belkin hell thi...nking about investing in their stock their products have just worked for me i don't have to be a network geek to keep a great working wireless network I'm a big fan of linksys but ended up with belkin because of price paid 60 for my router and card on sale just love it no complaints loyal customer now.     Pros: works good with ps3 and lab tops and has long range

    Cons: does not work with ds or psp cus it can not lower down it speed to 1 or 2 ther for it does not work with older wireless devises

    this router is veryer fast if that is what u want it has a wide range but it does not ajust to slower wireless deise such as ds psp ans older comuter it does not lower it speed and u are unable to do it mauly. some starneg problems acur with this ite...m such as not beibg abel to use ur computers inter net wile the router on. im done with the reviw2 i hope it helps sorry for the terrable garmmer and splling.
