This is a great router if you just have a simple high speed connection to share. It sets up quickly and easily and is quite dependable. It also looks great and seems well made and takes up a small amount of space when placed vertically in its stand....It worked great until I needed to get my company's VPN to work with it. Basically, this was impossible to do, and the manual setup screen didn't seem to offer the settings to do it. I had to switch to a Linksys router to get the VPN to work.The VPN involved a CISCO product, and Linksys is a division of CISCO, so that might be a reason the router didn't work in this particular situation. Tech support was not too helpful. They told me to call CISCO instead of helping me themselves.Summary: Nice product, works great for general use for non-complex setups. But avoid if you have anything more complex involved or have to call tech support a lot. Read more Less
