The story was that a mad scientist made a potient which made girls want to have sex. There were two bad guys who chased after the hero (Kato) and their pants would fall down, revealing large, brightly-colored boxer shorts (you do the math). It was filmed long before the OJ trial, and I actually talked to Kato and the writer, Rodman Flanders, briefly. ...
