Our new technologically advanced ball bearing roller system delivers an exceptionally smooth ride that is unparalleled to any unit on the market today. The ball bearing rollers on the DLX-III are considerably harder and more durable than other rollers. Likewise, chrome is a harder more durable surface than paint. To be compatible, the rollers and the surface they roll on must have the same consistency of hardness. This is why the DLX-III is chrome plated. Advanced Pro AB (Stomach) Crunch Strap: Heavy Duty Leg Press Board: This attachment is included with all Bayou Fitness Total Trainers and is used for leg squats, calf raises and many other exercises. The Pro AB strap has been reshaped and lengthened to give you more control. This new creative design gives a more comfortable feel to the shoulders and neck while allowing you to concentrate on developing tighter, more defined ABs. Deluxe 2 in. Double Stitched Box Cushion: The cushion has been upgraded with a Top Grade High Density Foam. Unlike other cushions which are 1 in. to 1.5 in. thick, Bayou Total Trainer cushions are a full 2 in. thick. Many exercises are performed with your knees on the cushion. The thicker cushion will help prevent bruising to the knees. Power Bar: The power bar allows you to add standard free weights to the Total Trainer. Advanced users often add weight to increase the resistance while performing exercises such as leg squats, calf raises, etc. Longer Glide Board: The longer glide board makes the user more comfortable while performing exercises with your feet on the cushion. The longer cushion is an added benefit to everyone. Bicep Curl Press Bar: One of the most popular attachments is the Bicep Curl Press Bar. This bar is interchangeable with the conventional twin handle system, which makes the Total Trainer more versatile. Sit-Up Strap: The sit-up cuff strap has been lengthened to accommodate a larger shoe size. Folds and Rolls: The Total Trainer folds and rolls for easy storage. Other machines are complicated to learn and cannot be tucked away. The Total Trainer easily folds up in a matter of seconds and rolls for trouble free storage. Pull-up Push-up Bar: This attachment is included with all Bayou Total Trainers and is used for an assortment of exercises including: pull-ups, chin-ups, shoulder press, behind neck press and push-ups.
