    Barbarella is one of the most innocent heroes in the Universe. In fact she escapes because of her innocence. You'll see when you watch the movie.This movie is a fun sexual tease in so many ways. I fell in love with the Black Queen and am going to be... her for Halloween. :)The costuming is fabulous and there's some classic one liners. Great midnight movie and for people who love sexy heroines and villains. Read more Less

    This film is one of my top ten movies, and I applaud the very bad props used in it. Jane Fonda is also a big plus for the movie since she is a goddess of desire herself. No prettier girl is found ever. The acting is so poor that it almost becomes go...od. Watch or die. Read more Less

    Yes, a movie can be both bad and interesting. Barbarella is nothing more than a sexy virgin cruising space and having sex with pretty much all men (or machines) she encounters, and she's not very good at saving the galaxy.The movie is still interesti...ng for its sixties decorum, half sci-fi, half fairy tale. And Barbarella definitely is hot, if not very smart. The feminists will hate it (with reason).It's nice finally watching it on DVD, but there isn't anything beside the original trailer in the bonus materials. Read more Less
