    Pam Anderson does resembles the comic character and does a decent job, but the story line was truely "comical". Love Pam's wardrope though...

    It's an OK movie. The story line is a BS futuristic novel about some "Pambo" that owns a bar during the day, and shoots during the night. All that futuristic crap doesn't look that bad, Although 15 minutes of her kicking the crap out of some jerk at... the end is kind of stupid.'nuff said. Read more Less

    Pros: Stars Pamela Anderson

    Cons: Too much violence

    Barb Wire is excellent! It features my idol, Pamela Anderson, the songs are pretty cool and you actually feel for the character. All in all, a pretty good movie.

    A graduate of the Grace Jones school of acting, Ms Anderson’s violent big screen debut will please only her die hard fans. The big budget obviously wasn’t spent on the script, and Anderson just doesn’t have the acting ability to hold the movie to...gether. Even from a titillation point of view it’s a letdown as her inept topless dance routine soon becomes tedious and during a ‘sexy’ bath scene she’s wearing underwear!. Pamela has obviously taken the criticism constructively, because in her recent TV series VIP, she leaves all the unconvincing heroics to her uncharismatic co-stars. Read more Less
