    Backdraft - A don't want to miss

    Pros: Exceptional!

    Cons: Can't think of a single thing against the movie.

    One of the best movies of all times....a definite "write home about"! and a "got to have"! Among the first movies I ever bought.

    Incredibly amazing film, this film is like my holy bible, I eat breath and sleep it. I am a firefighter myself and even though it has alot of unrealism in it, I cry everytime at the end of it I reccomnd this movie at the highiest level possible!!

    I saw this movie when it first came out. My father was a firefighter and now I am following in his footsteps. Alot of the movie is real but there are somethings in it that would kill you in real life. Over all it is a great movie. I wish someone else... could come out with a similar movie.     Very Good Movie, but...

    I thought that this was a very good movie. But there was alot of things in this film that real fire fighters would not do. Such as, at one time Kurt Russel goes into a house with his coat undone. Now as much as a fire fighter would want to save peop...le inside, they would at leasty take the time to do up their coat first. At another part a bunch of them go into a building without BA's (breathing apporatice) on!! Without them on it would kill you within a matter of a few minutes. I thought that the story was a good idea though, because who would suspect a fire fighter? Read more Less
