This is one of my favorite family movies of all time-and its science-fiction nature is only one aspect of its fascinating enjoyment quality.

This movie is an absolute classic. It has everything, comedy, romance, action, suspense. I was delirious when it was over. It was such an experience. Granted the beginning is slow, but once it takes off, it never stops. Christopher Lloyd is at his comic best as Doc Brown, Einstein hair and all. Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly is in a role he was born to play with his boyish looks and charismatic presence. The other standout performance is from Crispin Glover as George McFly. You really route for him in this movie because he is so believeable. I recommend this movie to anyone and everyone.

This is such a classic!! Great movie, great casting... Nice 80s flick! Not to mention it's terribly quotable. It's a terrific way to spend an hour and 57 minutes, as far as I'm concerned! Yay!!

Back to the Future was the start of the best sci-fi tiology ever to be made. Throughout the whole of the film, apart from being amazed by the fururistic qualities, you will be on the edge of your seat. If you ever see this Dvd/video in the shops buy it!

There aren't enough words to describe it - the movie is just perfect. It combines great actors, great directing and a great story.
It also fits perfectly with the other two films to forms the greatest series ever made.

BACK TO THE FUTURE part 1 is simply the best movie I have ever seen! I watch it twice a day, at least. Micheal J. Fox is great in his role as Marty McFly. I would recomend this to anyone who is a fan of great eighties movies!

Yes he is, Rob Zemeckis had always been a reall great director in all of the films that he had done. All of his movies he did were really great but Back To The Future films were really good but the first one will always be better than the other two. Rob Zemeckis proves what life will be like with your parents back in the 50's so he wanted to show us that and that's what he did.

When I first seen this movie at the age of 14 I had a lot of fun watching it, and from the this day I have to admit when I see it again I feel like a kid. This is a must see for all you who like humor, comedy, excitement, etc. this movie has it all. I love it and you will too.

I watched this film at the cinema 13 times when I was 13. Unlucky for my wallet maybe, but this film captured my imagination and is a definite cult classic. Excellent direction, acting, special effects, faultless. How many films can say they can still look good after 15 years? Watch this film, own this film, it's a definite must have. 'This evening, we're sending you BACK TO THE FUTURE'!!!!

Could I have predicted back in 85 when I first saw this movie that 15 years later I'd still watch it with the same raptness? Probably not.... but I do. I find this movie more than timeless. It's more than eternal. It's something that there isn't a word for--it's beautifully designed and wonderfully imaginative.
Marty McFly could bring me back to the future anyday.... I grew up pining for him and still do when I watch the movie... there's something magical about being able to control time and distance like that. Even with two great sequels, the original is still the best. A non-stop pace, great acting, and some great time travel drama combine to make "Back to the Future" a timeless classic. There is tremendous chemistry between all of the characters, and the actors really know what they are doing. Christopher Lloyd gives a performance as "Doc" Brown that manages to be creative, funny, and touching all at the same time. Tom Wilson is excellent as the tough but very dumb bully, Biff, and Crispin Glover is great as Marty's nerdy father, George McFly. If you haven't seen this movie, then where have you been for the last 15 years?

no other movie can ever top Back to the Future 1, 2, and 3. They all share one thing in common, they're the best!! I enjoyed them all.Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd are the best fit for that movie too. Wondering what to watch tonight, well get Back to The Future, you'll never forget it!!

i cant get enough of the three back to the future movies and i think that alot of people would agree with me!!
i cant even begin to count the times ive watched it, infact i only just watched all three yesterday!!
i was only born when they came out at cinemas so when the chance came to watch all three at a trilogy i jumped up and dragged my mum to the cinema for 6 hours!!
if you havent seen this movie before i advise you to watch it!! and i hope you enjoy it as much as i do!!
its very interesting and funny and full of action and adventure for any member of the family!!

An inspired and funny comedy, which will have you dream about time machines and cool old irish cars. Of course Fox and Lloyd are a great pair too.

I must say, that Back to the Future, BTTF II, and BTTF III are the three best movies in history. I'm partial to time travel, of course, but still, anyone can enjoy this! The order from best to...a little less best would have to be I, III, and II. But they're best watched if in order. I can honestly not wait until number IV and V come out.
