    A more even affair than their first LP. Patrick Adams' songs and productions are as impressive as the vocals. Leroy Burgess' angelic falsetto carries the title track, gliding over Stuart Bascombes' and Russell Pattersons' arresting harmonies. "Time Is Love" is irresistible, the lyrics are paralyzing -- "Love is remembered after the wine, it locks your heart and intoxicates your mind." Some quality mid- and up-tempo numbers rounds this satisfying package.
