Baby Boy
Pros: It had Tyrese and Snoop Dog in it
Cons: Weak story line
I only watched this movie to see Tyrese, Ving Rhames and Snoop Dog, well I saw the movie. The only thing I have to say is I can never get the time back I wasted watching this movie.

I LOVED THIS MOVIE IT WAS REALLY GOOD I LOVED IT EVEN MORE BECAUSE TYRESE WAS SO SEXY IN IT WELL HES SEXY IN ANY MOVIE BUT HE WAS REALLY HOT IN THIS ONE.

it take you right on the spot, right into south central l.a. right into living room. what else you need. and the casting superb, why the hell it wasn't nominated. i gave it an oscar in my mind.

This is a great movie! I must admit I didnt expect such a great performance. The movie was very entertaining and very real. The actors and actresses all did great. Keep up the excellant work John. I will definitely add this to my dvd collection.

This is SUCH a good movie! I have watched it 3 times & am going to add it to my video collection. It has a very good story & is touching, funny, and intense all mixed into one movie! Omar Gooding is a great actor & I was also very impressed with Tyrese!!

the best hood movie ever made. Tyrese Gibson's acting is oscars worthy and to forget Snoop Dogg's performance is funny and hunting. And john singleton does't it again.

I was not expecting much from this film. But the power of the appearances by Ving Rhames, Snoop Dog and Tyrese were surprising. I thought the movie did a great job of portraying the inner-city lifestyle with the tensions of street life that create the struggle for a man just trying to live his life in a boxed world. Dont be afraid of Snoop Dog and Tyrese as actors, their acting brought an element of reality believe it or not, probably because this in some way depicts part of their own life.

"Baby Boy", in my opinion, is a very excellent movie. not a lot of people will probably give it a chance because of Tyrese being in tha movie and all, but people, trust me, give it a chance. if u liked "Boyz in the Hood" there is no possible way u aint gonna like "Baby Boy". excuse my ebonics, but im speakin the truth. This is a very good film and i cannot wait to have it in my dvd collection. John Singleton delivers once again with not only a film that tells you the truth of whats happening in relationships, families, and friendships in the neighbor-HOODS of cali, but alot like "Boyz in the Hood" it will surprise, shock, and move you. awesome movie.
