    A realistic portrait of M-E-N who give up everything to serve in the worst of times. Chandler is rock solid, Nader is excellent in support, Richard Boone serves notice. Well done!

    Captures leadership at sea

    As the former Captain of a 40,000 ton Navy Amphib, I can relate to the sub plots of this movie. There are several leadership lessons to be learned.     Away All Boats is not only a great World War II action movie but also shows an interior plot to bond the crew with a common concept:even if it is one of hate. The cast is incredible and this movie is a must for Clint Eastwood fans to have in their c...ollection because yes, a much younger Eastwood has a bit part in this movie.
