Born and raised in the forests of Pennsylvania, Atlantis Black didn't decide to step into the music industry until she first heard P.J. Harvey. Fascinated by the British chanteuse's gothic indie rock and emotionally raw approach, Black made a stop in New Orleans before buying a guitar and heading out to Los Angeles.
