    The best thing I've ever put my foot into

    Pros: Great support, great comfort, best for us older athletes.

    Cons: A tad on the expensive side.

    I bought my first pair of Asics a month ago and have since bought another pair but in black. These sneakers are best for people who have had arch problems and need something comfortable to either work out in or wear just for casual comfort. Initial...ly, the salesman replaced the sole of one of the pairs of Asics I got with a gel insert - which was a marginal change. I found that the problem with that is that the gel insert has a tendancy to make your socks bunch into the sneakers. It's best to use just the sole provided by the manufacturer. I love these sneakers and recommend them highly. They are well worth whatever price footlocker or any merchant is asking for them. Read more Less
