The Kentuckyborn, Oregonbased singer/songwriter Ashleigh Flynn's twangy tunes are rooted in the kind of Americanatinged folk that nods to artists like Devon Sproule and Gillian Welch. Her selftitled debut fulllength was released on Home Perm Recordings in 1999. Two more albums followed over the course of the next seven years: 2002's Chokecherry and 2006's Live from Mississippi Studios.
