Arthur Loft

Character actor Arthur Loft was active in films from 1933 until his death in 1947. A fussy-looking man who appeared as though he been weaned on a lemon, Loft was usually cast as pushy types. He was seen in prominent officious roles in two ">Fritz Lang collaborations of the mid-1940s, ">Scarlet Street (45).
