Absolutely perfect!!!
This movie has it all: great actors,great story,terrifying and real I might add spiders,goofy humor,suspense,scares,and thrills!!!I have arachnophobia so this movie scared me even more i've seen it at least 3 times for someone with the condition that's saying a lot!!!The movie scared the crap out of me and I was constantly on the edge of my seat even looking around the room!!!I loved it and still do I need to buy it the commercials always scared me to death and after seeing it it scared me even more!!!I admire and respect the actors,producers,and everyone behind this wonderfully scary,tense,and delightfuly comedy/thriller!!!Eight Legged Freaks could have learned a lesson or two form this gem but it was more humor than horror this one had humor yes but it was completley revolved around scaring you constantly too which it did!!!I recommend it for anyone who hates spiders which i still and always will it won't get rid of your fear but it will help you to laugh at it at least until the movie begins and ends!!!

This is the best spider movie I have seen. It's very entertaining throughout the movie, and it get's pretty suspenseful toward the end. Wait until you see the queen spider up close. That thing looks freaky.

Great comedy and horror movie, where those eight legged creatures are weaving their web near you.

I remember watching this movie on channel 11 or something. It was more of comedy than horror. It wasn't what I expected. But it has some good scary spiders. That's what I liked about the movie.

This is the Citizen Kane of killer spider movies.
And I'm not kidding.
The dynamic duo of Daniels and Goodman left me screaming for more. The physical comedy was amazing, I wet myself and then actually lost consciousness at one point from laughing so hard. It's that good.
I don't know who played the queen spider but it's a crime that the academy didn't give them the award they so richly deserved.
Bottom line? Buy it, watch it, learn it, live it.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
