    Pros: Small size, slenderness, color, battery life, photos

    Cons: a tad expensive, usb 2.0

    I actually own one of these. I've been using it for the past 4 days. I have to say it's the best ipod I've owned. It's my third. It seems that they are packing so much into such a small space. The interface is tremendous, it's so ...easy to use. The sound quality is much better than previous ipods. And I love the color screen and how it syncs with iPhoto to place in my latest images. I can't think of a better mp3 player. The only problem is that I'm not sure my computer has usb 2.0 so the upload is slower than the firewire interface. I would expect that if I had usb 2 it would be much better. there is no reason why you should hesitate, if you're interested in a small mp3 player. I don't think there are any better out there. I and my shipmates on the ol' houseboat dig it. Read more Less

    Being sarcastic, I would marry this thing if I could. Very light and thing. GREAT sound, good screen quality. I thought it would be hard to read because it seems so small. Boy, was I wrong! Very easy to read. Features are more than I expected. Some g...ames, and other features like Contact List, Notes, To-DO list,Alarm and some others. I've owned 3 Ipods and I have to say this is the best out of all of them. Great gift, especially for teens! The price is a little over-the-top, but it's sure worht it! I would also recommend the new one that just came out. The 60 GB Ipod that can store up to 250 Hours of video, 25,000 songs, and about 50,000 Photos. Read more Less

    Pros: looks nice, light on weight.

    Cons: fragil. scratches easy and is expensive for others out there. also beware of battery life

    its a little pricy and very delicate. all the accesories are expensive for the quality and the sealed battery with previous lawsuits does not help my peace of mind.. buy the warranty and swap it later on in life

    This product is so AMAZING! I can hold all of my fav. songs, and it's light and compatible. Some one told me that Ipod nanos "snap" in half like if you accidentaly sit on it or something. I haven't heard such a thing in my life!

    Pros: Small

    Cons: Scratches VERY easily

    It scratches way too much. Any little thing you do, it scratches. If I would've known that before I got it, I would've gotten a case and put it on immedietly. I also find it kind of useless to have a "contacts" area when it isn'...t a cell phone. It only holds 500 songs, but for me, that's just right. Other than that, I love it! Read more Less

    Pros: Size, and sound.

    Cons: Very Few Accessories, and Price.

    I've owned two full sized ipods, and they were great, but to put this much, into something this size is incredible. I have owned several mp3 players, (Rio, Lyra, etc) and they would break or have issues in no time. Especially if you like to work ...out with your music, this beats everything. A favorites playlist 400-500 songs long. Read more Less

    Handle With Kid Gloves

    Pros: Great sound, cool product

    Cons: Way too fragile

    I have 3 teens, all begging for an iPod. I made it their major Xmas present this year - for me, shelling out $600+ is major. Within 6 months all three Nanos had broken. #1 was in the pocket of a sweatshirt that someone sat on in the school gym and th...e screen busted. (Yeah it was in a case.) #2 was in a purse inside a backpack on the school bus and the screen had broken from normal jostling around. (Yeah that one was in a case too.) #3 simply went kaput and died. After doing everything we could find on the Internet to fix it we sent it back only to have Apple tell us they would not replace it. 3 heartbroken kids and 1 po'd mom out 600 bucks. This is a really cool product but there's got to be a better way to protect it. Read more Less

    Pros: It is a wonder to behold. So small it is. Unless u take it out ur pocket, otherwise no one will know u are carrying an MP3 Player.

    Cons: Scratches too easily, and the sound quality isn't as great as Creative's MP3 players.

    This is the best iPod that Apple ever produced. They managed to stuffed a 4096colour screen, lots of features and, if u buy the 4GB version, 1000 songs into such a small frame. The thickness of the iPod Nano is about 2B pencil thick or approximately ...8-cards thick. I personally measured myself. Sound quality isn't as good as Creative's. But if you are not an audiophile, then it is perfectly alright. Battery life isn't what Apple claim as 14 hours, but 10 hours is easily achievable. And I think 10 hours is long enough to last a day or more. Otherwise, this is one of the best MP3 players I have come to own so far. Totally gorgeous. =D Read more Less

    Cons: *extremely* fragile

    So yeah, I kinda broke my piggy bank over this baby. But it's all worth it. Holding it in my palm to feel the pleasure streaming through was, :), pleasurable.
