    Pros: Ease of downloading; sound quality; available space

    I have two thumbs when it comes to downloading from one location to another. I'm cured ----- this player is sooooo easy to set up, format, download music. I love it! I bought mine yesterday, and have already downloaded over 700 songs. I have been... wanting to purchase an mp3 player for a very long time. I did a tremendous amount of research before I finally decided on the IPod. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to a long relationship with Apple. Buy it...it's fabulous!     Too expensive for what it has to offer!!

    Pros: Easy to use menu and software,sound quality

    Cons: battery,case,customer support

    I bought my first Ipod last year.It stopped working after 3 months.I sent it to Apple and it took months for them to replace it.Im satisfied with the replacement and havent had any problems.But I think it is too expensive.You can get mp3 players of t...he same quality for less. The battery doesnt last as long as displayed and the case scratches to easily.I love the software.Itunes is very easy to use and you can upload songs in no time.The Ipod itself has a very simple menu.Overall it's ok and I like my Ipod,but some things need to be improved.Customer support as top priority.     amazing ipod

    I try iriver, sony and others. no one beat the ipod.
