this player looks pretty sleek, but not worth for the money. i found out the low frequency not that good i meant bass no fm radio and only use either mac or window which some other players can use both.

I have owned the 30 GB IPod for about two weeks. I love the styling and the functionality. I own over 800 cds and I have the capability to rip 80-90% of my collection and take it with me in the palm of my hand.
The musicmatch software that accompanies the IPod is one of it's best features. Musicmatch is easy to use and is a powerful tool for creating playlist and tracking and maintaining your music library.
The major problem that I have with the IPod is its battery supply. What's the point of having all of your music with you (over 100 hours) and only having an 8 hour battery supply. Particularly if you plan, as I do, to use my IPod when I travel abroad in places where AC power is unreliable or unavailable. While I like the idea of a rechargeable battery, it would have been nice if APPLE had included some mechanism for providing additional listening time when AC is not available. I think an optional AA or AAA battery adapter would be a great addition as long as the price is not unreasonable.
Finally, I have heard some rumblings about problems with the battery so before you buy, do your research. Personally, I love the IPod, but I hate the limited battery life.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
