    Broke after 5 months- Apex won't send parts to fix

    Pros: Was good till it broke

    After owning for 5 months and being very happy, TV broke down. Called Apex, they had me take it to a local repair man that does their warranty work for the area. 1 1/2 months later, Apex won't send the repair man the parts. They won't give the repair man a time frame of when he'll get the parts. The man has another Apex that he has been waiting 7 months so far and still hasn't received the parts yet. I didn't spend $450 on this tv for it to sit for a year. Should have spent more and got a different TV. When calling Apex, it will either be a busy signal, or you will have to wait 45-65 min for them to be rude to you.
