    well done faithful adaptation

    A very straightforward adaptation of the book, and I mean that as a compliment. The film is dark and bleak, but in the end the story is inspiring. All the actors gave excellent performances, especially the youngest of the three to portray Frank McCou...rt.A moving lyrical film that is well worth seeing. Read more Less

    This movie was an acount of events in the life of real people and events that had happened in their lives. This film left a deep impact on me. I want to buy the video and send everyone in my family a copy. Very well done.
